Former Ultimate Fighting Championship heavyweight king Junior dos Santos just returned from Saudi Arabia, where he rubbed shoulders with combat sports royalty such as Mike Tyson, Larry Holmes, Manny Pacquiao and “Sugar” Ray Leonard. The icons were present for Oct. 28’s Tyson Fury vs. Francis Ngannou bout in Riyadh.

Talking with Sherdog Brazilian correspondent Marcelo Alonso, “Cigano” discussed returning to Gamebread FC and the conclusion of his rivalry with Fabricio Werdum. Dos Santos also shared his thoughts on the heavyweight landscape in the UFC and Professional Fighters League, where he believes Renan Ferreira will dispatch Denis Goltsov at Nov. 24’s PFL 2023 World Championship.
